Krisis Kesehatan dan Dampaknya terhadap Psikologi Lansia dengan Komorbiditas: Studi Kualitatif di Masa Pajndemi

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 menjadi krisis kesehatan global yang memberikan dampak signifikan, khususnya pada kelompok lansia dengan komorbiditas. Kelompok ini tidak hanua rentan secara fisik, tetapi juga menghadapi tekanan psikologis yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman psikologis lansia dengan komorbiditas selama masa pandemi melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi interpretatif. Sebanyak 10 partisipan lansia yang memiliki riwayat penyakit penyerta diwawancarai secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian mengungkap 10 tema utama seperti rasa takut terhadap kematian, kecemasan terhadap kesehatan diri dan keluarga, kelelahan psikologis, serta pentingnya dukungan emosional dari keluarga. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pendekatan holistik dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi lansia dalam menghadapi krisis kesehatan. Implikasi hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar perencanaan  intervensi keperawatan jiwa yang adaptif dan responsif pada populasi lansia
