Elderly people with comorbidities are a vulnerable group who face not only physical challenges but also psychological pressures in the form of stress. Long-term chronic illnesses, limited activity, and dependence on others can increase the psychological burden on the elderly. Coping strategies are an important factor in helping the elderly manage stress adaptively. This study aims to analyze the effect of coping strategies on stress levels in elderly people with comorbidities at the Rawa Buntu Community Health Center. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample size of 135 respondents. The instruments used were the Brief COPE and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The results showed that the majority of respondents used adaptive coping strategies (62%) and experienced moderate stress (57%). The Spearman test showed a significant relationship (p = 0.000; r = -0.482). Adaptive coping strategies play a role in reducing stress levels in elderly people with comorbidities.
